You deal with one person who knows your property, not a call centre. Your tenant has a local point of contact, problems get picked up early, and you get a clear statement every month.
We keep a record of every safety certificate, check and licence your property needs, and remind you in writing well before each one is due. When a check is booked, we let the tenant know and arrange access.
Every certificate must come from a properly qualified person, so we never carry out or sign safety checks ourselves. If you would like us to arrange a particular check for you, just ask.
Taken from each month's rent before it is paid to you. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to any of our fees.
No rent collected means no management fee for that month.

You do, as the owner. We arrange the work, keep you updated and pass on contractors' invoices with a copy of each one. Above an agreed amount, we ask for your approval first, except in a genuine emergency.
There is no long tie-in. Either of us can end the agreement with one month's notice in writing.
